At Urban Body Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return policy for most body jewelry, provided the heat-sealed hygiene packaging remains unopened.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original, heat-sealed clear packaging and have not been worn or removed for hygiene safety.

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number and the correct return shipping address.

  Package Your Items

  Safely pack the jewelry in a padded mailer or box to prevent damage during transit, including your order number and RMA inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back using a carrier of your choice with tracking enabled to ensure your refund is processed promptly upon arrival.
